Notch - an Ancient Pathway Reactivated in Obesity to Cause Type 2 Diabetes and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease 

DRC’s Utpal Pajvani has been awarded a new 5-year R01 grant from NIH to study Notch as a therapeutically actionable branch point of metabolic signaling at which Akt activation in the liver can be uncoupled from hepatosteatosis.
