20th Annual IHN Retreat and Wu Lectureship

The Institute of Human Nutrition’s 20th Annual Retreat and Wu Lecture will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2017 beginning at 9:00 am in the Faculty Room of Columbia University’s Low Memorial Library.
 
Dr. Gerald I. Shulman, Investigator at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Professor of Physiological Chemistry and Cellular & Molecular Physiology at the Yale University of School of Medicine will be the keynote speaker at this year’s event.
 
Highlights of the all-day event include Dr. Shulman's keynote address and presentations by several IHN graduate students and post-doctoral fellows. One of the graduate presenters will be selected as the recipient of the Marija Chouinard Award for Excellence in Research, which will be announced towards the end of the day.  The retreat then ends with a wine and cheese reception.
